Ponderfy: mindfulness hacks for busy people. A deck of 52 uncategorized cards, each with a question or reflection prompt. Examples include: ‘What am I most grateful for’ ‘Reflect on a time when I provided a unique perspective to an issue’ and ‘When was the last time I was in the flow?’ This tool can be used individually or by facilitators, team leaders, coaches, or counsellors.
